Simcha Ward is a Managing Director at Crescent Communities, a market-leading real estate company, specialized in developing, owning and selling highly differentiated properties including multifamily, commercial and mixed use communities.
He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He takes a triple bottom line approach to real estate development by striving to deliver positive results economically, ecologically, and socially.
As a proud graduate of the Tulane University School of Architecture, Simcha currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board and as the previous National Co-Chair of the Alumni Council. He also serves on the board of Greater Charlotte Apartment Association on the ULI Nashville Capital Markets Committe. He is a Licensed Architect in the District of Columbia, a fellow of the Loyola University Institute of Politics, and an avid fan of the Denver Broncos and classic bluegrass music.
